Our surgical center is located just south of the U.S. border, easily reached via San Diego International Airport (SAN). We provide free ground transport from SAN airport to our hospital, hotel, and back — included in every package.

How fast will someone reply?

During business hours, text replies typically come back inside 15 minutes. Phone is answered live by a coordinator (no IVR). Email and form submissions are responded to within 1 business day, usually faster. After-hours messages are picked up first thing the next morning.

Do I need to apply before contacting you?

No. Contact us first if you'd rather have a conversation before filling out anything. Many patients prefer a quick call to ask broad questions before deciding to apply. We're happy to talk first.

Is there an IVR / phone tree?

No. When you call our main line, a real coordinator answers. No "press 1 for...", no automated routing, no AI voice agents. If we miss your call (rare), we call you back within hours.

Will I get the same coordinator every time?

Yes — once you're assigned a coordinator, they stay with you through the entire journey. From your first inquiry, through scheduling, surgery day, and lifetime aftercare. You'll have their direct number and email.

Can I contact in Spanish?

Sí. La mayoría de nuestros coordinadores son bilingües inglés/español. Cuando llames, escribas o envíes un correo, indícanos tu idioma preferido y te asignaremos a un coordinador adecuado.

What if I'm an existing patient with a post-op question?

Use the direct number your coordinator gave you — that's the fastest path. If you've lost it, call our main line and we'll connect you. Existing patients also have access to our private 70k+ member community for peer support 24/7.
